*ワールドユースミーティングの準備*

僕は記録係を担当していました。ワールドユースミーティングに向
けて一生懸命作業をしているみんなの姿をビデオや、デジカメで撮
りました。そしてデジカメで撮ったみんなの写真を同じ記録係の子
が、それぞれの担当ごと顔写真を分けて、画面に貼り付けていきま
した。そして３年４組のホームページを作成していきました。僕は
写真を撮るという簡単なことしかやっていませんでした。しかし当
日はぜひ参加できたらいいなと思っていました。
　当日は参加できるかどうかわからない状況だったけれど、参加で
きたらいいなと思いがんばりました。　
　しかし、当日は参加できませんでした。そして炎天下の下でみん
なが成功するようにと祈っていました。

Summary

*Preparation of a world youth meeting*

I was taking charge of a recorder.
Everybody's figure that it was working hard toward a world youth
meeting was photographed by video and dejikame.
And a recorder's same child divided the face photograph every charge,
and stuck everybody's photograph taken by dejikame on the screen.
And 4 sets of homepages were created for 3 years.
I had given only the easy thing of having taken a photograph.
However it thought surely, if you can participate, do not say on the day.
Although it was the situation it does not know whether can
participate or not, when it was able to participate, it thought do 
not say and its best was done on the day.
However, it has not participated on the day.
And it was being prayed to that everybody was successful under under
blazing heat.


*ワールドユースミーティングを終えて*

結局ワールドユースミーティングに参加することができませんでし
た。でも、みんなが頑張って発表しているビデオを見てとてもすご
いと思いました。たくさんの外国の方やあんなに大勢の人の前で、
しかも英語で発表するなんてとても勇気がいることだと思いました
。でもみんな堂々と発表していたので、すごく練習したんだと思い
感心しました。僕はみんなの発表のビデオを見ると発表の仕方や発
音はとても上手だと思いました。しかし、僕はその発表を聞いても
その意味がぜんぜんわかりませんでした。だから英語が話せて、聞
いても理解できるようになったらとてもおもしろいなと思いました
。僕は今回行われたワールドユースミーティングに参加できません
でしたが、写真やビデオなどを見るときっと楽しくて素晴らしい企
画だと思いました。

Summary

*When the WYM is finished*

I was not able to participate in the world youth meeting after all.
But, when I watched the video of the Meeting, I was impressed with 
everybody's efforts.  You have to need confidence to give presentation 
in English in front of such a big audience.  The presenters should have 
practiced very hard to make their presentation successful. 
Watching the video, the way they talked and showed the slides 
were excellent.  Unfortunately, I couldn't understand what was 
spoken in English, so it would be better if I could understand it.  
I think the whole meeting must have been a good program.
